GO THERE... never disappointed.The servers are truly the best. Friendly, attentive, helpful. They are not shy about suggesting their favs with colorful presentation of ingredients and prep info. Delicious. Ambiance is comfortable, I enjoy the smaller plates they offer, for a lower price.

What a surprise - we went for Sunday brunch and had a great time. The inside is a little dated, but all of the food was really tasty. Very flavorful omelettes and great waffles, potatoes and sausages from the buffet. The service was very friendly too. Highly recommended for a Sunday brunch!

loved this place....has a good vibe/energy, server was super friendly & fun. the peach bourbon iced tea was delicious. ordered stuffed clams for an app, very good, not overly "bready". had an admirals fish platter & cajun shimp & grits. both were awesome. the breaded scallops on the admirals platter were SUPER delicious, large, sweet & happily not overcooked. we really liked this place, highly recommend it if you like fresh seafood!!!

Always consistent great grouper, in the weeds or island style! Both great ways to have their fresh fish, great efficient bar and wait staff!! Also reasonably priced meals!

Love Max's tiki bar outside. Live music, great boat drinks, and good food. Try the tuna nachos!

The service for this place is top notch. Awesome staff that constantly makes sure you have what you need and your table is clear. The decor is comfortable, clean, and spacious. It has a marlin/nautical theme that works. The food was good. We had peel and eat shrimpers, prime rib, and scallops. Shrimp was delicious, but it was slimy and still had the mud vein. We dug it out. The prime rib was tender and flavorful, but only in the middle. Was a little tough on the outer rim. The knife was tearing up the meat. The scallops were a little dry, but still tasted good. Those minor notices were not enough to lower their score. Overall, we will be retuning it was excellent!

Came here with my coworker for dinner, read the Yelp reviews before coming, so decide to give this place a try. The parking lot was crowded. We had a park a little way, but not too far. There was a tiki bar section and there's also outdoor seating or inside seating we went inside to greet the hostess for a seat. We wanted outside sitting, and she said that the outside seating in the tiki bar was self-serve. We checked it out and it was completely packed so we sat outside another section of the restaurant, friendly server and good food. However, once the food came out, there was a few flies try to get in our food so that was very annoying. Overall, the place is nice. I wish the hostess was outside so that way when someone comes up, they can greet us and tell us about the seating instead of going in and out.

Amazing food, great service, and friendly staff. We were seated very fast on a Sunday night. We didn't like our table, and they accommodated our request to move without hesitation. The Prime Rib was melted in your mouth, the mashed potatoes were made from real potatoes, and the corn on the cob was grilled perfectly. We will return here for sure.

This was one of the best restaurants I went to while in the area. Raven, the bartender was very friendly, welcoming and attentive and same with the rest of her staff. The outdoor patio area was awesome! They also had some mist which made it more comfortable. The peach cocktail with bourbon tea refreshing and delicious! The garlic Parmesan wings were fabulous! I heard all of the variety of oysters were all excellent too. The two crabcakes were a generous portion and were fresh and delicious! I ordered the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo, but there was a miscommunication with the lemon sauce. I would not get that again but everything else was fantastic from start to finish. I will definitely be back next time I am in the area! This is a well-deserved 5 stars!
